Smt. Sujani Balu brings a deep-rooted connection to Coimbatore, shaped by both agrarian and industrial influences. Her early experiences around the Noyyal River and Mutthanankulam inspired her enduring commitment to environmental conservation and her association with Siruthuli.

A patron of traditional arts and crafts, she has served as President of the Crafts Council of Tamil Nadu and is a founding member of the FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO), Coimbatore Chapter.

She is the Correspondent of Saraswati Vidyalaya Matriculation School and Joint Managing Director of Sri Balasubramania Mills Ltd., actively contributing to both education and industry.
