Sri R. S. Krishnaswamy holds a postgraduate degree in mechanical engineering and brings over three decades of professional experience, having retired from business in 2016.

He is the Founder and Chief Patron of CSR Spark, a platform that facilitates collaboration among stakeholders in the CSR ecosystem. A certified CSR professional from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, he is also a Certified Corporate Director and a life member and visiting faculty at the Institute of Directors.

He has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Coimbatore West (PHF) and served as President of the PSG Tech Alumni Association from 2016 to 2018.
