Smt. Vanitha Mohan is the Chairperson of Pricol Limited and a prominent industrialist and social leader. Under her leadership, the Pricol Rural Development Programme has implemented several initiatives in water conservation, afforestation, tribal welfare, and community healthcare in and around Perianaickenpalayam.

She made history as the first woman President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore, established in 1929. She also played a key role in bringing together business leaders from seven districts of western Tamil Nadu through the Kongu Global Forum, fostering regional development.

She is the recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Abdul Kalam Seva Ratna Award, presented by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, in recognition of her contributions to water conservation.
