He is the Managing Director of Adwaith Lakshmi Industries Pvt Ltd and Adwaith Textiles Pvt Ltd. He is the Founder Trustee and Correspondent of Sri Gopal Naidu School, Correspondent of Adwaith Thought Academy, an active Trustee of the Sruthi Seva Trust, Aanaikatti and administer of Vedapatashala. Mr Ravi holds several coveted positions, he is the chairperson of the academic wing of the Academy of Archaeology and ancient sciences of India which is a part of the REACH (Rural Education and Conservation of Heritage foundation), He is the past Chairman of CII Tamil Nadu at present Chairman of CII SR Subcommittee on Sustainability, CSR Affirmative Action to bring inclusiveness to the marginalized sectors of our society covering all the 6 southern states and also serves as Chairman of The Southern India Mills Association (SIMA).
